Chilies Whole

Chilies usually small, very hotly pungent fruit of a species of Capsicum. Used to make chili powder and to flavor barbecue, hot curry, and other spicy sauces. Once accustomed to their fiery pungency, one is surprised how many subtle flavors they may show. Fruity, earthy, smoky, fresh, sweet and flowery are just some of them.

The greatest variety of chili tastes is, not surprisingly, found in Mexico Chilies. Tend to be extremely variable in their pungency and that even fruits harvested at the same time and from the same plant may differ drastically in their hotness. Chilies show more or less the same aroma components as paprika, but they are spicy pungent and fiery taste of chilies.
